End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using unexplify, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Spotify Integration

unexplify uses Spotify's API services to create clean versions of playlists. You must have a valid Spotify account and comply with Spotify's Terms of Service to use our service.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse or abuse the service

4. Limitations of Liability

unexplify provides this service "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Availability of clean versions of songs
• Accuracy of Spotify's content labeling
• Any modifications to your playlists

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications or discontinuation.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates.

7. Spotify Platform Terms

With respect to the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, and Spotify Content:

• We make no warranties or representations on behalf of Spotify and expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• You may not modify or create derivative works based on the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, or Spotify Content
• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, or Spotify Content to source code or other human-perceivable form, to the full extent allowed by law

unexplify is solely responsible for this service and all features provided herein. Spotify bears no liability for the service or its features. Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and is entitled to directly enforce its terms.
